Information Request

Once investigation is complete, Florida Medical Examiner records become public records and are available for public review1. Please enter the type of request below with your contact information2.  Digital copies sent by email are provided at no cost.  Paper copies require a nominal $.15 per page copying charge and postage (if any).  Charge for copies on disc is $15 per data disc required (usually only one).  The following requests will incur additional copying charges or hourly charges ($20 per hour):  full case file copies; multi-case requests; and requests requiring file review, data compilation or statistical analysis.  Any of these more complex requests should be discussed with the office manager so that an estimate of cost and initial payment can be determined prior to commencement.
